Acid Rain

Acid rain is rain that has more acid than usual in the drop. It causes trees to loose their "Needles". Sulfur Dioxide and Nitrogen Oxides help this out. Also with vegetation decay, volcanic eruptions, and sea spray. Most of the acid rain is from burning of fossil fuels. Doesn't just happen in rain, also known as "acid precipitation". The more acid in our water makes it so we can't drink it. It kills the trees like the blue spruce.

Here is a link to the website that gives a lot more information.

I liked the way you described the way acid rain forms, and what the damages could possibly be if it started to rain acid rain. I also liked the way that you mentioned the over all damage that could be done.

Sarek. London-type smog is different by sulfur dioxide and dust formed together.
